If you are unable to log in after following the steps below, please contact the Exams Team at exams@beds.ac.uk as early as possible鈥攚ell in advance of your exam.

Step-by-step login instructions

1. Go to using your web browser.
2. Click 鈥淪earch for your institution鈥� and type 鈥淏别诲鈥� to find the 91快色.
3. Select the Microsoft login option.
4. Sign in using your 91快色 email address:
   firstname.surname@study.beds.ac.uk
5. Enter your university password (the same one used for BREO/e-Vision).
6. If you鈥檝e forgotten your password, you鈥檒l need to perform a via the university鈥檚 password management system.

Once your exam is activated, WISEflow will automatically send an access link to your university email address.
Please check your junk or spam folder, as these emails may be filtered.

You can also access your exam directly by logging into WISEflow using the steps below

If you鈥檝e been notified of a change to your university email address, please inform the Exams Team.
They will manually update your WISEflow account with your new email address. It鈥檚 important to do this well in advance of your exam period to avoid access issues.

If you see the message 鈥淎n error occurred!鈥� when trying to log in, follow these steps:

1. Confirm you鈥檙e using the correct login process

Refer to the login guide [PDF] and ensure each step has been followed correctly.

2. Check your 91快色email address

Make sure you are using the correct format:

firstname.surname@study.beds.ac.uk

If your email address has changed, contact the Exams Team to update your WISEflow account.

3. Verify your password

WISEflow uses the same password as your BREO/e-Vision account.

If needed, via the university鈥檚 password management system.

4. Clear your browser cache and cookies

Refreshing your browser and clearing cookies can resolve login issues caused by outdated session data.

If you continue to experience issues, please contact the Exams Team at exams@beds.ac.uk as soon as possible to ensure your account is ready before your exam.

Once you've logged in:

Once you've successfully logged into WISEflow, you can begin familiarising yourself with the platform.

In WISEflow, all students taking an exam are referred to as participants, and all exams are called flows.

Viewing your exams

To view your upcoming exams:

1. Go to the Participant tab.
2. Here, you鈥檒l see a list of all your active flows (exams).
3. When the second chevron on the flow (exam) is green, it means the exam is open for participation.
4. Click on the flow to access and begin your exam.

鈿狅笍 Important: Always check the exam end time and ensure you follow the submission process carefully. You must submit your exam before the deadline.

Each exam flow is marked with four chevrons, representing different stages of the exam process:

1. Flow Initialisation: The exam has been set up by the Exams Team but is not yet active. You can click on the flow to view the scheduled date and time.
2. Open for Participation: On the day of your exam, the flow becomes active. You can now access and complete your exam.
3. Marking Period: After the exam has ended, the flow enters the marking stage.
4. Flow Completion: The exam process is complete, and the flow is closed.

If you have approved Learning and Teaching Support Arrangements, any extra time you are entitled to will be automatically applied to your exam. The Exams Team will ensure this is set up in advance, so no further action is required on your part.

WISEflow, our digital exam and assessment platform, includes a variety of built-in accessibility features designed to support a wide range of learning needs and ensure a more inclusive exam experience.

For some examinations, the exams team will inform students if they need to loan a laptop or bring their own device (BYOD) for their exam with the lockdown browser installed.

You will have need to download the browser before your examination.

Please follow these steps to download the lockdown browser on to your personal device.

1. To download the lockdown browser on your personal device, you will need log into WISEflow with your university email address and your password (It鈥檚 the same password you use for BREO).
2. Once you have logged into WISEflow, you will be able to see your name in the left-hand side corner next to the university logo
3. Click on your name and click on edit profile
4. Click on the second tab called 鈥荣测蝉迟别尘鈥�
5. Please click on the download button to download and install the lockdown browser on to your personal device.

How to access practice exams

• Check your email: Practice exams will be sent to you by the Examinations team. Keep an eye on your 91快色 email for notifications from WISEflow.
