Roles and Responsibilities

• Creating, communicating and implementing the association’s mission and overall direction.
• Leading and guiding the Executive Committee and Sub-Committee Team (ECST) deliverables.
• Formulating and implementing the strategic plans that guides the direction of the association.
• Forming, staffing and managing the association sufficient to accomplish the president’s responsibilities and the strategic plan of the association.
• Oversee the complete operation of the association.
• Evaluating the success of the organisation.
• Responsible for the selection of association’s Office Bearers’.
• First point of contact for all matters in relation to the association.
• To establish regular update on the association’s activities to the Advisors.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Reports to the President and takes on delegated presidential duties where appropriate.
• Deputises for the President in his/her absence.
• Formulating and implementing the strategic plans that guides the direction of the association
• Responsible in the associations’ resource sourcing – internal and external platforms.
• Provide key role in monitoring the Executive Committee and Sub-Committee Team (ECST) performance and deliverables.
• Responsible for setting up all aspects of the associations’ processes.
• Responsible for the selection of association’s Office Bearers’.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Key organisational role in heading and implementing the association’s events.
• Responsible in establishing new partnership (internal and external partners) to extend the associations’ reach.
• Responsible for maintaining the social section of the association’s website to ensure the members are aware of the events to date.
• Provide departmental updates to all Office Bearers’ on the project development progress of the association.
• Formulating and implementing the strategic plans that guides the direction of the association.

Cococeanu Aurelian, Head of Technology Development, Finance and Logistics of the MBA Global Networking Association

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible in designing, developing and maintaining an informative and interactive portal for the association’s members.
• Oversee in the improving and expanding the portal into a useful tool for the association’s members.
• Responsible in identifying and converting the association’s demands into digital solution.
• Responsible in keeping the association’s website up-to date.
• Provide departmental updates to all Office Bearers’ on the technology development progress of the association.
• Formulating and implementing the strategic plans that guides the direction of the association.
• Responsible for the selection of association’s Office Bearers
