The New SiD System

We are excited to introduce our New SiD System, which is launching on 23rd June 2025, which will make it easier to access support when you need it.
The service is designed to be as simple as possible, with a wide range of FAQ’s available to solve simple problems and an enquiry system for issues that require direct assistance from the university.
With the implementation of this new system, support will no longer be available via email. All enquiries must be submitted via the new system.

How SiD use your data
The Student Information Desk (SiD) will use your information to log and process your enquiries in order to resolve them and provide support throughout your studies.
We may hold personal details and any documentation relating to your applications for mitigation, Access Learning Fund or appeals that you may have provided in order to process and assess your application. All data will be processed in accordance with the University’s Privacy Policy and retention periods.
Your data is only shared with third parties with your consent i.e. for references and for reporting purposes.
